What types of Smartphones do you repair?

We specialize and repair most all Apple iDevices such as: iPhones and iPads.

Will my information get lost?

We are not liable for any data loss. Repairs are done on the hardware of the phone, therefore, software should not be interrupted. However, we recommend that you back-up your data before coming to your appointment.

Do you charge for a diagnostic service?

Most all of our diagnostic services are provided for free to customers. Please be sure to schedule an appointment before coming in.

Does service prices include tax?

Repair prices quoted online or over the phone do not include sale tax. Sales tax only applies towards the cost of the components used in repair.

How long does a repair take?

Generally, repairs take 25-30 minutes, unless advised by the repair technician.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Walk-ins are welcomed but we can not guarantee a fast turn around time on the repair. Most all repairs are done by appointment only, and are recommended to be done this way. This assures inventory availability and timely repairs. You can quickly and easily make an appointment on our website or by calling (818) 639-3009.

Can I mail-in my device?

You can mail-in your device for any of our services listed online. Please be sure to fill out a Mail-in form, send device with Tracking and contacting us before sending it out.  If you have any questions or your device is not listed please call and our technicians will assist you.

Can I bring in my own Parts for repair?

We do not provide repair services with customer’s self bought parts. We only provide repair service with out inventory, this assures quality parts backed by our company warranty.

Are all repairs covered under warranty?

Devices with prior water damage are not covered under our warranty.

I have multiple issues, can I get a deal on discounting?

Often, customers may have more than one repair service needed on a single phone. We offer substantial discounts on service pricing as some labor procedures may be the same during repair services. Please consult with our technician discounts and quotes.

If my screen cracks again, is it covered under warranty?

No, warranty does not cover for any accidentally or physical damage to your device. Discounting is offered on devices having a repeat repair done.


Do you provide data recovery?

Data recovery services are provided on both working units and damaged units. We are generally able to retrieve content such as: address book, text messages, photos, notes…..etc Data recovery services are not always guaranteed. Service charge only applies if we are successful in retrieving data.

Do you repair iPhone accessories?

We do repairs exclusively on iPhones and iPads, not their accessories.

Do you offer Jailbreaking on iPhones and iPads?

We do NOT offer and software related services including “jailbreaking” services.

Am I required to give my Lock Screen passcode?

Lock screen passcode is required for our staff and technicians to do a pre and post inspections on a device. Please be advised that you as the customer have the right to not providing the code and instead entering it privately before and after a test.

What is included with my repair?

You will receive what is offered as the weekly special, as well as a Life-Time Warranty.

How do you know the LCD screen is damaged?

Damaged LCD panels are easily identified with their visual characteristics: colored stripes in the picture, black puddles, bleeding colors, yellow dots and/or discoloring in screen.

Am I able to watch the repair being done?

Yes, you may watch the repair at the time of your visit.

Do you install screen protectors?

Yes, we offer free installation on screen protectors purchased from our shop. We however do not provide installation on screen protectors brought to our office by customers from an outside source.

What should I do if my device gets water damaged?

Do not turn on your device. It’s best if you bring it the next day or even the same day, as we will have a better chance of repairing it. Of course if you can’t make it to one of our locations, try to dry it out, then bring or mail your device to one of our locations.

How long do water damage repairs take to complete?

Water damage repairs generally take between 24 and 72 hours to complete depending on the level of damage. This estimate can vary, however, depending on the extent of the damage to the logic board and other components.
